We are situated a 10 minute walk from Seven Sisters underground and 12 minutes from Tottenham Hale, both on the Victoria line.

Please note Google Maps can sometimes incorrectly direct you via Fountayne Road - there is no entrance from this road. Please ensure you are on Markfield Road, with the car park at the front of the building.

There is first come first serve parking on site. Please leave your number on the dash board if you park anyone in. We have pen and paper in the studio.

We have wifi in the studio, please ask when you arrive and it is also written by the coffee machine.

Once confirmed, a booking is non refundable. We are happy to reschedule your booking if notice is given 48 hrs prior.

If you know you need longer than the standard 8hr booking, please let us know asap.

Overtime starts 15 mins after the end of your booking and is charged at £50 an hour.

We withhold the right to deny overtime.

We don’t provide catering but we are happy to make some great local suggestions.
